When the Grandison Therapy Facebook page entered this management period in April 2023, it had a modest existing presence. A community of engaged followers does more than validate a brand — it amplifies paid campaigns organically. When community members react to, share, or comment on ads, those ads reach more people for less money. The community growth documented here directly contributed to the cost per lead reductions in Case Study 1.
The Therapy page attracted a notably older audience (55+ represents 31.1% of followers) compared to the Nursing page — which makes sense for the speech therapy and physical therapy demographics. This age skew informed content strategy and targeting decisions throughout the management period.
A page with 44,000+ engaged followers creates social proof that lowers the cost to run ads. Followers share event posts, comment on testimonials, and become the organic amplifier that turns a ₱5,000 ad budget into the reach of a ₱15,000 one.

The Therapy page received over 313,000 profile visits during this period — a metric that reflects active brand curiosity beyond just passive followers. Therapists were actively visiting the page to learn more about opportunities, reinforcing the community's role as a genuine discovery platform.
The Growth Strategy
Three simultaneous tracks kept the community growing, active, and converting — each reinforcing the others.
Dedicated campaigns targeting Filipino therapists by profession, age, and location — consistently delivering new, relevant followers. April and March 2025 each hit 3,700+ new followers, with July 2024 reaching 3,303.
Boosted posts and engagement campaigns kept existing followers active — driving 255,888 interactions and 313,089 page visits. High engagement on therapy career content created organic sharing loops that amplified follower growth beyond paid reach alone.
Content strategy built around what Filipino therapists care about — international licensure pathways, IELTS tips, US and Middle East career opportunities, event announcements, and community milestones. Content that informs builds followers that trust.
Community Growth &
Lead Cost Are Connected
The follower growth tracked in this case study and the cost per lead reduction in Case Study 1 are not separate achievements — they are two halves of the same growth story.
A Facebook page with 5,000 followers runs very different ads than one with 44,000. Social proof — reactions, comments, shares — on ads reduces delivery costs. A warm audience built through community content is cheaper to retarget than cold traffic. The community compounded the paid media efficiency, and the paid campaigns fed the community.
2024's record-low cost per lead of ₱2,948 coincided with the year of strongest follower growth (17,704 new followers). The page was at its most credible and most engaged — and the ads delivered their best results.
